Our Top 3 Autumn Cocktails…

More than ever, 2020 seems to be flying by, and even though we have been blessed with some beautiful sunshine this summer, it seems the weather has somewhat had a turn. Storms are becoming a little more frequent, the wind is turning up a gear and that wet stuff that falls from the sky is finally showing its grey face. Before long we will find ourselves in the cool Autumnal season, which is why the team at Yeti & The Fox thought we would shed a little bit of light on three of our favourite autumnal alcohol drinks to get you through the dreary weather.

All of our recommendations appeal to different kinds of tastes, depending on what you love drinking as the weather gets a little colder. Feel free to get experimental and even make your own cocktails!

Apple Cider Mimosas

You will need:

  • 1 bottle champagne
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Mix the sugar and cinnamon on a small plate. Wet the rim of your champagne flutes in water and dip into the mixture.

Fill the flutes 1/4 full with apple cider and top off with champagne.

Whisky Sour

You will need:

  • 5 oz Bullet Bourbon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • .5 tsp sugar
  • Orange slice
  • Maraschino cherry

Mix bourbon, lemon juice, and sugar in a cocktail shaker (shaking with ice) and strain into a glass. Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.

Caramel Apple Mule

You will need:

  • 5 oz Absolut vodka
  • 5 oz caramel
  • 1 oz apple cider
  • Ginger beer, to top

Simply use a cocktail shaker to mix all the ingredients with ice and strain into a mug of your choice. You can top with ginger beer and garnish with a cute apple fan and a cinnamon stick as to your taste.

Remember, with Yeti & The Fox, you can make all of these without the worry of feeling grotty the next day. So, whether you need a mid-week pick-me-up or a relax on the weekend, you can be sure to wake up feeling refreshed with our brilliant capsules.
