25ml White Tequila
12.5ml Lime Juice
5 Ice Cubes
Lime to garnish
Method: Fill blender with crushed ice and all ingredients. Blend gently and pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime.
50ml White Tequila
25ml Fresh Lime Juice
Lime wedges to garnish
Method: Wipe the wedge of a lime around the rim of a tumbler and dip in salt to coat. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add all the ingredients and shake. Strain into a glass and squeeze in a fresh wedge of lime.
100ml Lime Juice
1 Small Mango (Diced)
Crushed Ice Cubes
1 Lime (Cut into 4 Wedges)
Method: Wipe edge of lime around your glass and dip the glass rim into the salt. Add all ingredients to a blender then pour into glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
